Immaculate Records owns www.therocktimes.com online music magazine (established 2022).

Immaculate Records was founded by Curtis Newart in Vancouver, Canada in 2005 as an independent record label. It has since grown to include entertainment subsidiaries in the US and Canada.
The label is represented by BMI in the US, and SOCAN in Canada.

​​Subsidiaries have included Jamestown Area Entertainment New York (JAENY), and Lauperland: The World's Largest Cyndi Lauper fansite.​
​Owner/founder and recording artist Curtis Newart has over three decades experience in the entertainment industry.
